Mr Charles Stephen Mark (Mark) Fletcher brings considerable exploration experience to the Board. He currently has responsibility for all exploration activities and technical advice for the Company. In addition, he is also working closely with the Board to identify new project opportunities on which to focus the Company’s efforts. Mr Fletcher joined Graynic from BHP Billiton where he was Project Leader – Base Metal and Bulk Commodities, for the Australia South Asia Region and had responsibility for greenfields base metals exploration in the Olympic Dam area, regional base metals exploration and bulk commodities projects (manganese, coal and bauxite) in Australia and the South Asia region.

Prior to working with BHP Billiton Mr Fletcher had 12 years experience with WMC Resources and was Senior Geoscientist at WMC at the time of the takeover by BHP Billiton. Mr Fletcher has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Geology from RMIT, Victoria, a Masters in Science in Ore Deposit Geology and Evaluation from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Geoscientists, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
